1.Shipping Destinations

The AxisFlying official store ships to many countries and regions. Available destinations are displayed at checkout. Some products may not be shippable to certain countries/regions due to local regulations, shipping restrictions, battery dangerous goods rules, customs policies, or carrier limitations.

2.Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-orders, custom orders, out-of-stock items, promotional orders, orders requiring additional testing, or orders needing manual review may have longer processing times.
Business days exclude weekends, Chinese public holidays, and carrier off days.

3.Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on destination, shipping method, customs processing, flight resources, and local delivery efficiency. Estimated shipping times shown on the website are estimates and do not constitute absolute commitments. Remote areas, customs inspections, holidays, weather, air traffic control, wars, strikes, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events may cause delays.

4.Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, shipping method, and promotional rules. Some orders may qualify for free shipping as indicated on the website. Remote area surcharges, re-delivery fees, address correction fees, return fees, and other carrier charges may be borne by the customer.

5.Customs Duties, Taxes, and Clearance

International orders may incur import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, carrier advance fee charges, or other destination-country fees. Unless explicitly stated as included at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient information, tax ID, identification, customs documentation, or other destination-country requirements. Delays, returns, destruction, or additional fees resulting from incomplete information, refusal to pay taxes, refusal to clear customs, failure to sign for the package, or failure to pick up the package in a timely manner may be borne by the customer.

6.Tracking

After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may be slow after the package leaves the shipping country, enters the destination country, or clears customs, depending on the shipping method.

7.Incorrect Address and Delivery Failure

Please verify that your shipping address, phone number, postal code, state/province, and country are accurate before completing payment. If delivery fails, the package is returned, or a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect customer-provided address, the associated costs and risks may be borne by the customer.
If the order has not yet shipped, we can assist in modifying the address. If the order has already shipped, address modification is subject to the carrier’s policies.

8.Damaged, Lost, or Abnormal Packages

If the outer box is visibly damaged, deformed, wet, or resealed upon receipt, please take photos, retain the packaging, and contact the local carrier if possible. If items are missing or damaged, please contact AxisFlying customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product, and an unboxing video.
We will assist in investigating with the carrier, but the investigation timeline depends on the carrier. Please retain all packaging and products until confirmation.

9.Lithium Battery and Restricted Item Shipping Restrictions

Lithium batteries, battery packs, devices containing batteries, and other restricted items may be subject to air transport restrictions, dangerous goods regulations, carrier policies, and destination-country regulations. Some battery items may not be eligible for air freight, may not be shippable to certain countries/regions, or may require longer shipping times, higher shipping costs, and special packaging.
If an order contains batteries or restricted items, we may contact you to adjust the shipping method, split the order, cancel the affected items, or issue a refund.

10.Transfer of Risk

To the extent permitted by applicable law, once the product is handed over to the carrier and tracking information is generated, delays, customs clearance, destination-country delivery, and uncontrollable risks during transit are the responsibility of the shipping chain. AxisFlying will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in investigating and resolving shipping anomalies.
